About Me
Born December 31, 1977 in Edinburgh (The Valley), Texas to Ralph and Virginia Bulkley
Growing up I lived in Georgetown-Texas, Devine-Texas, New Braunfels-Texas, Ingram/Kerrville - Texas, and Kouvola, Finland
After High School Graduation, I moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas Business School.
I have one sister, Courtney Bulkley, whom is 11 months and 19 days younger than me. She graduated with a RTF degree from the University of Texas in Austin, and now lives in LA with her boyfriend, Christopher, attending UCLA to become a Nurse.
I also have a great Border Collie, Luka, which lives with me...she's still a puppy and quite the handful.
In 1999, I took a job with TicketCity.com as a part time sales agent...my
next position with the company was Director of Web Sales where I learned HTML, Graphics, and all of that other cool computer shit. One
of my specialties became SEO (search engine optimization) and it's lead me to build and optimize other websites including
TylersAustin.com, Texas Hill Country Safari Club International.
With the expanded marketing that the internet offered TicketCity.com, I was able to offer Major International Event tickets to events such as the FIFA World Cup,
Rugby World Cup, and more and that enabled me to travel and work overseas through the years. I've
transplanted and lived for short periods of time in cities such as Tokyo, Sydney, Lisbon, and Frankfurt while working at Ticketcity.com for over 9 years.
In November of 2007, I resigned at Ticket City, and moved to Virginia Beach, VA to work at a horrible company called Great Atlantic Travel and Tour run by a con-man which actually turned out to be a great life-experience and lesson. Ten months later, Joanie and I returned to Texas to start two new businesses in Kerrville, the greatest little place in the world. I own and operate Texas Hunt Lodge, a full service Hunt Package provider...we hunt nearly 60 species of Exotics and Native Wildlife year round in Texas.
I am also the Chairperson for a Non-profit Company called Texas Youth Hunt...we cater to disadvantaged children by taking them on hunts, teaching them outdoors skills, and hunt ethics.
In November of 2009, Joanie and I had a daughter, Viola Marie Bulkley. She is a blond-haired beautiful girl whom should be a big fan of hunting if I have anything to do with the decision.
I enjoy hanging out with my good friends in Texas...that is important to me. When I'm not spending time with friends, I enjoy running or mountain biking, road trips, Floating the River in Gruene or New Braunfels, camping, fishing, Hunting, travelling, and spending time with my family and their foster kids at their house on the lake.
My plans are to someday purchase a large (2000+ acre) ranch in the Hill Country, and develop a Wild Game Hospitality Ranch. The plan is to host Corporate Conferences in a unique Texas outdoor setting to include a large conference center, accommodations, hunting of course, fishing, trips to Mexico, and more...we're nearly there.
